Platinum would have made perfect sense! And by the way my crystal is and has been broken (tear, tear). It was so wierd because when i turned on my GB adv., my character wouldn't move, then it would turn into a girl, and my game would start over every time i tried playing it.

maybe they'll just keep this gen at 2 instead of the typical three. i mean, Nintendo is doing alot of new things. i'm surprised they're still stuck on the 2 different version thing. i would assume it's more of a hassle for 2 different versions, and they can't be selling THAT many more games because of it. how bout 1 game, then the special edition?

You may have a point because there really isn't a difference between the two other than the legendaries and maybe 4 pokemon that's exclusive to one of the versions.

Actually at Serebii.net it shows the version exclusives and theres about 25-30 for each version. still a third woukd be cool, but i have know idea what they could possibly do to improve.

Well, actually you never know with Nintendo. For all wii know they could create a version where you hook up to the Wii, transport your Mii into the version and use him as your trainer or something...Yadda, yadda, i'm 12 and just throwing out some ideas!!!

But Wii_Rulez just gave me an idea. What if you could travel throughout all the regions in the 3rd edition?

Well that would be a lot of boat rides back and forth because Hoenn and Sinnoh are separate islands where as Johto and Kanto are right next to each other.
