ITS GOING TO BE 3D







so to kick off the new clone wars 3D tv show coming this fall there is going to be a movie coming to theatres August 15th.

Also in 2009 the live action TV series will be coming. think of it like star trek.. but star wars

When i read the title i thought this was referring to the three more movies to come after 4, 5, and 6 that Lucas admitted to.

he said he wasn't going to make anymore movies like that I though? I know that there is a 'script' for 7-9, but i'm pretty sure thats fake. it was boring also so i'm not too bummed

but still, first force unleashed.. then a movie, then a tv series, then another tv series... major orgasm

It was bad enough when Lucas destroyed the original Starwars with the horrible prequels.

I know. Its just getting embarassing now. Someone... please kill him, before the injustices continue. I'm actually starting to hate Star Wars now.

There is a difference between CGI and Animations.

doesn't matter.. look at all these animated movies these days that were successful. shrek, toy story, finding nemo, i can go on and on. now its time to make a mans movie using animation, and george lucas is doing just that

if it's as bad as the make of Dragons of Autumn Twilight they just did and turned a great book into an absoLOOTLY terrible animation.

there is a lot they can do with 3d HD tho :/ to make it look the shiznit

Pssh, Stars Wars is far beyond 6 films now...it has the 'younger' star wars which is the animated and cgi films, the original story and all the paper work...lots and lots of books, comics, plans etc.

I mean come on, how many of you have heard of Darth Revan, Darth Traya
, Naga Sadow or Darth Bane! Not to mention hundreds....

I have never been a fan of the 'clone wars' universe, I'm more for the traditional star wars not the animated or cgi spin offs.

No... it really didn't. It was poorly written and acted. Two reasons I enjoy movies. Granted it had the fan service I wanted but that is IT.

Open your eyes. Star Wars is an embarassment now. And Lucas is making it worse but continuing to molester it.

ok, well when it makes another 100 some million dollars in the box office, we will see how embarrassing that is

The money it makes means nothing to anyone but Lucas' pocket. Which is why he's doing it.

You realise saying that is like me saying if I made crappy sequel to Star Trek and it made $20,000,000 its still embarassing... but I'm certainly richer for it. I'm looking at you J. J Abrams you jerk.

if it makes a ton of money it obviously means tons of people like star wars. so if the last 3 movies sucked as bad as you think they did, then no one would bother to see this movie because they would assume it would suck as well. but ill guarantee that won't happen
