Anyone remember that Nyko Wireless Nunchuk Adapter mentioned in the forum? Well today it has been officially released onto the FCC website.

The real question here is not what's your opinion of it, but would you spend a seemingly whopping $20 on it? In one sense, yes, it does make the stock Nunchuk wire-free, but it also adds an ugly base to both your Wii Remote and Nunchuk which adds to the weight of the controllers and also decreases the manoeuvrability of each. Just think what you could do with $20 instead of treating yourself to one of these "shells".

On the other hand, you could go out and buy one of these, which is essentially a true wireless Nunchuk released by the same folks at Nyko. But, naturally, this will cost you even more of your mostly hard-earned cash. Still, it’s your choice, if you really don’t want a wired Nunchuk then at least there is an option for you.

I have to say that's not the most attractive accessory I've seen. I'd love to have a wireless nunchuck though.

I'd think a lot heavier. I don't see what is so bad with a wired one. I think it's just fine.
