Okay, this has naturally been done once before, if not more, but to keep things fresh and to prevent bumpage I say we start again.

Only way I could make it cleaner was to hide the taskbar, but the blue line was ugly, having the whole taskbar looked nicer.

...

And now with the mouse at the top.

<3 Object dock. I had windowblinds, but that just took up RAM.
