I've been on staff for a while, and I've had my upsets and downs. I'm happy to say that many people who I've fought with in the past are now my close friends and I respect them a lot. To those who I have argued with or have any beef with me at this point, please remember that I may not have agreed with some words you wrote or actions you took, but I did my best to give you the freedom to do those things and say those things.

Too many things have happened on this site, and I don't feel the energy that I once did. I honestly don't think there's anything to fight for or anything to hold on too. There was a time where I'd wake up in the morning and come here and spend many hours just trying to keep my area current or talk to friends, but now other things are more important.

I hope that others will step up to the plate and sometimes (many times) stand alone when they need to call out something that isn't right and simply not be a yes man/woman. Majority isn't always right, and remember to never be afraid to speak against the crowd, because there's no job on this planet worth kissing someone's ass over, or pushing your belief systems aside for.

I want to point out that this decision was made entirely on my own, and it was something I'd been thinking about for a while now. One just sees an entirely different side to Wiiloaded when your staff, and I no longer want to be part of "that side".

Sorry to see you go, GFT. I'll never forget when I first came on staff you were there telling me I was doing a great job, as well as offering advice.

I don't exactly know what you're talking about, but then again, I don't usually view all the areas of this site that much. However, I'll take your word for it, and I respect your decision. I agree with you that you shouldn't surrender your beliefs just to attain a position, and that sucking up is not the ethical way.

I am grateful for the time you've spent helping this site, and hope you won't forget us here at WL.

And Foxy... come on. Play nice. He has changed SOME part of the world. A year ago I was arguing with him claiming he was a Sony fanboy--now I have a PS3 and we've engaged in interesting discussions on the boards.

Anyway, I hope to at least see you posting every once in a while! It's a great big world outside of WiiLoaded--don't forget your roots!
