I've had no real problems playing with Anyone. I've only been kicked out maybe three or four times since I've gotten the game.

Help bring Tatsunoko vs Capcom to us!

Agh, I haven't been playing Brawl for awhile. I got sucked back into playing Half-Life 2. Just need to beat Episode 2 and I'll be playing Brawl again. XD

When on the screen that has letters, the box at the top left will let you use a space I believe.

I don't know for sure, so don't take my word on this. Could they mean you found everything in that level like trophies and stuff? Just a guess.

Yes, it was in one of Sakurai's updates. I believe flag = 100% completion on that level.
