I'm liking the music.

Any game that has Sonic in it scares me, because we've had promises of great Sonic games, and they just kind of fade away and become unremarkable. You'd think after the success of LOD TP, Sega would want to stay away from the idea of anyone transforming into a wolf, especially it's main character, becuase it may be seen as something uninspired and at its worse...lazy.

Just by watching the trailer, the sense of speed is awesome.

I think the illusion of speed was really quite cool on the Sega Genesis, but for today's gamers, I think you need something more.

Well out of all of Sonics 3D game the only really horrible one was Sonic the Hedgehog for the 360. Sonic Adventure, Adven 2 , And Sonic Heroes were good. SATSR was ok since it was much better than the 360/PS3 crapfest. Aren't you guys setting the bar a bit to high for sonic?Especially when comparing it to mario? Since Sonic Heroes (and i don't care if you guys hated it, most reviewers thought it was decent) you guys kinda knew what you were gonna get from Sonic The Hedgehog on the PS3. But they rushed it and got F'ed up. And last time I checked Nintendo didn't come up with the Human into Wolf or werewolf idea. So any other game should be able to use the concept. Does that mean that Nintendo is lazy and uninspiring also?

Name all the games in the past 2 years that used Human to Wolf in the gameplay for their main characters. Nintendo did it with TP, so Sega doing it (to what extent God knows) seems repetative. That's Sega's fault and has nothing to do with Nintendo

Sonic Heroes wasn't even a good game, but it was slightly better than the other bull***t we usually get.

Ok put it this way. Take a look at every war game out right now. Call of duty 4 came out and its pretty good. Half of it takes place in Iraq right? Ok now lets look at Army of Two. Wait that game is repetitive and it cant be good since they use the war in iraq theme right? And that goes for every other game. No offense or anything but since Nintendo used the Human to wolf theme, then if Sega uses it its automatically a repetitive game? Come on now....

Iraq is a whole country, a wolf is a wolf...

And the stories between LOZ:TP and Sonic Unleashed are different also. Link transformed into  a wolf when he entered the twilight realm because it was an alternate dimension which Zant was trying to merge Hyrule's and the Twilight dimension. Sonic transformed to a werewolf because a curse was put on him (I think by Dr. Robotnik...sounds resonable) and his personality changes as he now has to fight his inner evil (which will probably get in the way of saving the world or sumthing). Both stories are different. Now sure there are sum similarities but i dont think that Sega was ripping nintendo completley.

Why a curse when a screen shot shows you a big ass machine that would do something like that. You also see sonic zapped.

Aaaaannnd to get back on topic we know that sonic and his crappy friends are going to be in. Its stated that Tails and Knuckles are playable characters. Do you guys think that they learned their lesson and stuck with platforming...or do are Knuckles and tails stuck with going on a goose hunt for shards and controlling a mini-transformer the entire time.

Hold up. Adven 2 battle should have given Knuckles and tails better roles. It was kinda dull looking for the master emeralds all the time. I would rather perfer some Sonic and Knuckles type of story for Knuckles instead of that.

Story never been Sonic's strong point but it wasn't horribly terrible.

I admit, some of Kunckles levels got boring. Tails were okay.
