It's now been confirmed that Tetris Party for WiiWare will support the Wii Balance Board. The game is set to release in the fall with 18 modes. 10 of the modes are putting a spin on the old tetris formula. The game will feature up to 6 people online and up to four in local multiplayer with the possibility of online leader boards.

This game looks like fun from the looks of the images on the site. I wonder how the balance board will even work, but how can you go wrong with tetris.

so i get pieces movin from side to side withthe board, wonder how they rotate, probably just using the wiimote

This images kind of shows that happening, you have to rotatee your body to rotate a block.

That's just god-damn excessive.

I'll stick to Tetris DS, kthx.

What if they made a tetris game where you had to move your body like the tetris pieces? i'd buy that.
