I've seen way too many threads popping up recently about my system can beat your system or your system sucks because it's not my system.  Bickering is continously happening in all the threads and it's getting tiresome.  This is THE thread to do you complaining, bitching, or whatever.  KEEP IT OUT OF THE OTHER THREADS!

First of, no one is going to agree with something they don't believe so let's all agree to disagree and be done with it.  Here are 3 FACTS that are undeniable and there is no need in trying to deny them.

FACT #1: The Wii is superior to the 360 and the PS3 in some ways.
FACT #2: The 360 is superior to the PS3 and the Wii in some ways.
FACT #3: The PS3 is superior to the Wii and the 360 in some ways.

Not one of the systems is better than the other systems in all aspects so there's no use arguing continously about it.  If you love the Wii then good for you.  If you love the 360 or PS3 well good for you too.  You bought your system for a reason and you didn't buy the other systems for a reason.  That doesn't mean everyone is or thinks the same way that you do.

I have no problem with people debating or sticking up for their console but it's getting out of hand.  There's no need to make thread after thread about it.  There's no need to flame other people when they disagree with you.  There's no need to call people names.  There's no need to generalize about gamers and say that all X-system gamers only care about Y.

If you want to talk about, debate about, complain about any system then please do it in this thread so we can keep the rest of the areas cleaner and more pleasant.  I'll be watching this thread though and you must still follow the rules, they're there for a reason.  With that being said I hope everyone can act mature and debate/talk in a civilized way.

After reading the first paragraph I thought this was going to be a bitching about eachother thread. But this thread is quite a good idea. So any un-finished debated and continue here. Well I suppose I better start...

The only reason I'm sometimes negative about the Wii is because I was so hyped about that system for a year, I over hyped it. I was just so caught up with the exciting new controller; when Nintendo said the system was for everyone, they had me fooled. Well this is a little harsh on Nintendo, because the third party developers should really be blamed. Companies like Ubisoft who bring out a pretty poor game that goes by the name Red Steel, which to be fair to them was an ok effort at the first FPS. But then after that we just get bombarded with Catz, Dogz etc. Maybe Redsteel 2 could turn this around, but my hopes aren't high. I hope that sometime in the future I own a Wii once again, and enjoy all the games that I will be missing out on while I don't own one. I'm becoming more and more positive about the PS3, as soon as it has the right games. I will once again consider buying it.

I bought a Wii thinking that it would be finally different to my five years of hell with GameCube. I loved my GC, but the lack of games and retail support just killed me. I thought that Wii may have a bigger support. I was delighted when I saw that it was popular with third parties, but soon I realized the growing trend; party games.

When I first opened and played my Wii on Xmas, I was absolutely thrilled. I thought it was fantastic. I loved Twilight Princess, but in my opinion there has been no decent long, compelling games since then. Metroid Prime 3 felt strangely incomplete, like many Wii games. The controls were great in the start, but after a few weeks they just started to feel unnecessary.

Right now I want a PS3. I like them, and I enjoy the upcoming features, such as Home. Wii's online service is more horrible than I could ever have imagined. I also think it's funny how Wii owners are the majority if backlashers out there, who have suddenly turned against Wii, compared with PS3 and 360 owners.

I actually never thought of that Cosmic but your right. I frequent many PS3 forums and I don't really hear complaints about the system itself. Most of the complaints are "We want HOME now!" , "Where's Littlebigplanet?", "GTA, Metal Gear, insert game here has been delayed again..." So, it's mostly about the software. That doesn't mean the PS3 is without faults because it like every system has them. The reason I'm so hard on the Wii is because I really want it to come out on top after the dismal GC era. I miss the days of Nintendo on the top and I thought the Wii could put them back up there. Well, technically it did put them back on top but I have a feeling it won't last the console's life-cycle. Wii Sports is the only game that got the controls right (minus the golf game) in my opinion and I'm sick of tacked on controls. Waving (waggling) the Wiimote does not make me feel immersed in the game.

I bought a Wii gave me some fun. wanting Smash to come out..delayed constantly..

I have my Wii now for only a few games; in particular SSBB. The console just doesn't have any hardcore appeal anymore.

The 360 on the other hand is a system I adore, it's got everything I want I haven't had any complaints with it at all.

The reason I'm agaisn't the PS3 is because, well, I just don't like it. :l I've played it countless times at my friends houses and I just don't like it or want it. Simple as that, it's not the system for me and also after playing it I think Sony can step it up a notch. The system has insane potential, and I'm glad that they are stepping up with Home and Little Big Planet. Should make the PS3 fans pretty happy.

i love my Wii. and i love my family's 360. and to be honest, there's no real way to compare the two other than to say "well, the wii isnt hardcore enough, its all casual and kiddy and party games." but to be quite honest, those casual and party games are still fun. when I play games with my friends, playing the wii games gives the party a completely different atmosphere than when we play a 360 game. theyre meant to do that; if they were the same and both went after the same crowds, i don't think i could have convinced my parents to get us a 360. while i play the wii for fun, i play the 360 for a challenge. sometimes its nice to not have someone shooting at my face, and instead watch Mama get angry devil hair when i do really good or see a fish on her head when i drop it from the pan...

QFT! This is exactly what I've been saying. The Wii has great party games and multiplayer games but if you want more then you need to get either the 360 or PS3. They will compliment each other well and you'll enjoy gaming more. Depending on what mood you are in you can play whatever you feel like!

i just dont like how people are still complaining that the wii isnt hardcore; this isn't new, we've known this for quite some time now. if you're not happy with the way the wii has become casual, then go elsewhere to fulfill that craving. people need to stop whining about it every time nintendo does something good for themselves that doesn't involve the hardcore crowd...they've gone the casual route and you cant change that. if you want to see them do good, then support them in what they're doing, instead of shooting them down at every turn.

I can understand that the Wii quite cool for a party. But for someone who doesn't really have friends round alot, I don't really experience the fun of playing crazy minigames with people in the same room. It just isn't the same on your own. If I have someone round, it generally is just one person. So my 360 is perfect for me. These consoles are very different and offer very unique experiences, it just depends on your lifestyle.

It is possible to report or talk about something even if you don't like it. I think it was all a misunderstanding. Back on Topic people! *glares...the sun was in my eyes*

I'm still agreeing with ...i If you aren't satisfied with playing casual games then either sell your Wii to get something else with more variety or get another system to compliment your Wii. Wii60 or PSwii, take your pick. I'm PSwii but that's just me.

This is silly, the news team has nothing to do with people's opinion of consoles, so I suggest you guys cease the bickering. We've been through this a million times and if you still have a problem with eachother then settle it in a more appopriate matter, such as PM's or some other outside way of communication.

My opinion on this whole Wii><PS3><360 thing is, I like the Wii. It's fun when I have a lot of friends over and the ladies seem to like it as well. I like the 360, because it reminds me of my PS2 which I played the most out of the last-gen, plus online is fun and a lot of my "hardcore" friends have 360's as well. I don't have a PS3, but it looks like I'll have a lot of fun with that because of the wide array of games such as LittleBigPlanet to MGS4, it also looks like a personal console which the Wii and 360 don't offer. I'm not biased at all, I only seem biased sometimes because I'm retaliating to someone else being biased, but in all honesty I love all 3 consoles. Why people feel the need to constantly insult and question other companies views on gaming is beyond me.
