A video on the web surfaced on an American website of 18 young men wearing camouflage and turbans, shooting a 9mm handgun (at trees in a forest) paintballs, and wrestling in the snow.
The video also contains footage of the individuals on hiking trips, and waving a black flag saying "Allah". Police have arrested 11 of the individuals under the "anti-terrorism" act. And they are going to be judged under a jury.

I just saw this on tv a few minutes ago, and summed it up as best I could. I'm sure there's plenty of news sites that has a completly objective (sarcasm) point of view on it.

Anyway, how would this have gone down if you replaced the turbans with baseball caps? Police say they think the video was meant to "recruit" more members... yeah. I'm guessing the wrestling was actually a right of passage and the paintball gun was just "rookie' training before they get to try out the real guns.

Or am I just pulling the "racism" card to quickly here and is their arrest warranted?
(I think they also mentioned something about them being arrested before,)

Since I know Toronto very well, I don't know if there Arabic or anything but, if they were shooting guns and stuff, they would have to have known someone to supply it. My friends knows a lot of people that are Arabic and in the scariest Gangs in Toronto, and in my area.

If they were wearing baseball caps or easily White, I think they wouldn't get charged as much. Honestly.

I think the police just sometimes do to much what they think is right and don't think it over as much.

I got pulled over a week ago for walking in the road, if I had white skin they would have kept driving no doubt.
