Galvatron could be the villain of the 3rd and Unicron just be a supporting character. After all, the movies haven't been about a lot of Transformers so far. If they plan on doing Unicron they'd have to introduce a LOT of Transformers to try to take him on.

Seems believable, wasn't T1's Megatron leaked early and everyone went "Hell no!" until the movie launched and it was spot on? This could go either way, but I'd lean towards that at least being a draft design.
