Ronin, you can say it as much as you want. But they probably won't listen.
The tournaments held online won't even count towards serious things like tiers or anything people. It'll just be a testing ground.
If people want to experience true Smash they have to travel and play each other.

Team Attack is the standard doubles match setting, it allows for better team strategies and allows team mates to save each other from a deadly fall. Its better trust me.
If you go to Smashboards you can learn more about the standards of competitive play.
Currently I'm trying to think of a ranking system that works. Power Rankings won't work in Brawl. I'm considering a Round Robin set-up.Where everyone plays everyone then the top half of the players list will go through to a finals tournament.

When will this take place? If we wait until after Christmas I'll be all set probably because I'm going to look for a wireless router and get SSBB since I already got an MP3 Player which is really all I wanted besides some Wii stuff.

It won't be happening straight away. As I'll be taking my Wii and my NTSC copy of SSBB down to the city for a special Smash day at the 2007 Smash finals here.
I'm aiming to have something organised for January-February. But no promises.

They aren't likely til early 2008 though I would guesstimate.
