I thought I would give you some help since your english isn't perfect, the words in bold are the corrections  But there will be plenty pf times to decide teams as the game approaches.

That's what I'm yet to figure out. A sort of win/lose ladder might work... but I'd have to ensure that people don't play the same people in ranked matches constantly.
