and i'm not too sure what you were saying about Sudowoodo.
Well, in Gold, Silver, and Crystal, Sudowoodo was a one-tie only Pokemon that you either caught or never saw again. You got it by using the water bottle on it, and then battling it.
However, Sudowoodo are more abundant in Diamond and Pearl. (Well, at least in Pearl, anyway. Maybe Mime Jr./Mr. Mime are more frequent in the wild in Diamond than Pearl) Therefore, I'd say that Sudowoodo is exempt from this rule, since he's obviously better suited to be caught this time around.

Maybe we should impose a level cap? Just to make things more limited.

Maybe we should impose a level cap? Just to make things more limited.
i've been thinking this actually. i dont want to set to low and ppl cant use their good pokemon, or set it too high and other ppl wont have pokemon that high.
so for now i'll set it at 70. this is because the highest level pokemon in the elite four in 69, but that would be an odd number to 70.

When do you plan on holding this. Level 70 is a pretty high cap which I'll need to train hard for. Sometime in late June *might* be good.

Well, I already have two Pokemon at levels 62 and 63, respectively. I'm not saying what they are, because then people will try to find ways to take me down. So you're not getting their names, or anything else. Just their current levels.

As long as you don't run it on PBR.
well if both participants have PBR, then if they both agree they can battle on that game, but most matches are through Diamond or Pearl
