Will Rockstar soon announce GTA for the Wii?
i dont think so...
As you know, Rockstar has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto IV is coming to the PC.
A Grand Theft Auto game was also recently announced for the Nintendo DS: GTA Chinatown Wars, due out this December.
That leaves the Wii as the only games platform currently on sale without a GTA game either on sale or in the works. Officially, at least — we find it hard to believe that Rockstar is not scheming to bring the world’s biggest gaming franchise to the most coveted console on the planet.

Chinatown Wars should be on Wii, not DS. But either way, who knows. Rockstar could pull any surprise announcement.

I think if they bring a GTA game to the Wii, it will be a port of an older game.
They could even build a GTA game exclusive to the Wii (and PS2?).

I think they will announce a GTA game for the Wii. Most likely it'll be an original creation too. Possibly even that Chinatown Wars thing will come to the Wii.

You never know, GTA4 itself is covered in enough scars of crappiness as it stands anyway.

Yeah GTA4 wasn't the perfect game everyone raved about. It was enjoyable to be fair but still. There was much room for improvement.
