Good time wasters. Nothing ever that groundbreaking for my tastes.

RE: XMEN Trilogy
I've only seen the first one all the way through, but I've heard that the Juggernaut cusses when they try to take him down.
And yeah, for a senile old man, Magneto does own.

RE: XMEN Trilogy
Never seen the third. The first two were decent but the second > the first.

RE: XMEN Trilogy
The third wasn't the best, but it was a pretty good effort for a trilogy, alot of others have left sour tastes with me (ie. Matrix and New Star Wars) but it doesn't reall fit in my elite trilogy list (Lord of the Rings) so it can make its own group. A solid trilogy overall... Spiderman may beat it when the third one of that comes out though.

I think the original was the best. LotR trilogy was far more planned out. Notice the third X-MEN movie was just to see how many characters they could throw in?

RE: XMEN Trilogy
Yeah, I kinda felt that... so many appeared in the last one it felt kinda cramped.
Most of the characters had no dialogue. I hatez0r'd it.

Even though it was nice to see most of them, I was disappointed at the lack of dialouge given to them... *sigh*... now I have come to that realisation about XMEN 3 I may not worry too much about the Trilogy set yet lol.

RE: XMEN Trilogy
the animated show was pretty awesome, and best of all: IT FOLLOWED THE REAL MARVEL UNIVERSE QUITE CLOSELY.
the movies: 1st two weren't bad. 2nd was too wolverine orriented which wreaks with me. i really don't like him that much. (and i'll give uber-props to anyone who can tell me ALL over wolverines ACTUAL mutant powers) the 3rd movie was absolutely horrible. it completely ruined the whole universe except for magneto (who is NOT senial, just a sociopathic egotistical maniacal madman, but NOT senial). could they incorporate hollywood movie stereotypes anymore? i was close to asking for my money back from the theater. waste of such potential

RE: XMEN Trilogy
the trilogy was just a good effort. XM3 wasnt all that great, but i wasnt too disappointed, but I did felt like they just rushed that prject just a bit too fast.... like WTF happend to Nightcrawler?! Rouge and Iceman in love?! GTFO

RE: XMEN Trilogy
if you play X-Men: The Official Movie Video Game or whatever it's called, it explains why nightcrawler isn't in X3. haven't played it myself though. movie sucked enough for me
