a look at ex-PS3 exclusives heading to 360
Having spent a lot of time this afternoon thinking about all the exclusives that PlayStation 3 has lost over the last tumultuous year, we here at Game|Life decided to catalog them in the runup to E3.
I'm not listing franchises that had been exclusive to Sony systems but now have Xbox versions, because that's not the point and because I don't want to be here all day. The exception to this rule is when a publisher was pursuing an exclusive, but Sony didn't sign on. As in the case of...

i agree with that last paragraph in the article. MGS4 will eventually hit the 360, but FF and its series will remain PS exclusives.
i also heard a rumor that VF5 would have online mode. take that with the smallest grain of salt though. hopefully we'll hear more at E3.

MGS won't go to the 360, the developers are using the PS3 to it's full, and using the storage on Blu-ray, and have said several times it's not. The others for the original Xbox sold poorly, and it's probably not worth it, the 360 crowd isn't into that.

I think MGS4 will go to the 360.
I mean, it took away but MGS2:S when to XBox. Sure MGS3 didn't but that's still not shutting out the lights on MGS4 being ported.
So don't rule it out completely.

i could see square creating a spinoff ff game for the 360, as they have done w/ the crystal chronicle games for nintendo systems. but i highly doubt they would move the main series to the sex-box unless the ps3 totally bombed economically (doubtful and if it would happen, at least 3 or 4 yrs away).
