The level cap is auto. When you start the battle they'll automatically go to Level 100. Stats and all.

People caught using AR Pokemon will be banned and booted from the tournament causing an automatic forfeit.
I'm going to see if I can formulate a way for teams to be submitted before matches to either 5pid3rm4n or myself. But it may be too hard.

The points will add up. I hate one time events, so this will be a series, person with the most points at the end of the series will be in the running for grand prizes (which may not mean too much in the end)

But they'll be up tonight, then you'll be able to contact your opponent. I think its fair enough to expect a response in about 48 hours, otherwise they will forfeit.
