Not too long ago I remember Matt C. at IGN mentioning that he was going to revive the Halo DS talk that he started a while ago, and that he had solid proof that the game had existed at some point. But unless I missed something I havn't heard anything new from Matt regarding Halo DS. It must've been at least a week and a half since I listened to that podcast.

Yeah, I think that he did say the project got cancelled as Charizard said but it's been a while so I can't remember exactly.

Yeah, but like I said, he brought it up again in a more recent podcast after everything had died down, yet he hasn't came out with whatever this big proof was.
well reading closely at your own starting post, he said he has proof the game existed at some point, but we knew that. it's not a secret the game was started, but we all know it was canceled as well. that makes it sound more like he just wants to talk about a canceled project and doesn't know the game is back in development
