I noticed on my iPod (a few weeks after purchase, december 30th) that the front fascia (the white fron) was pushing up at the corner (I could apply pressure to it and the front would press down to the metal bit, i don't know how to explain it LAWLS). So I left it a few months (until around 2 weeks ago) and realised that it was getting worse (I now the whole side was pushing up and dust and dirt was getting inbetween).
So I took it to the apple centre, they said they would send it off since its under warranty and

they rang today saying that they couldnt fix my iPod so I have a brand new one! I can't wait to be reunited with this amazing electronic device! I've even purchased this cool leather brown case for it too!

haha my iPod broke. The software went and got corrupted and I sent it away. 2 months later, yes months, I got it...... and it was broken......... they sent me a broken iPod/it got broken in the mail, so I had to send it back again. This time, my mom (shut up) called them up and threatened asked them to get it for me earlier because the last time was two months. I got it the next day.
So it just proves, cry to your mom and you can get an iPod 61 days earlier than expected [/case closed]

I'm pretty sure that was from magnets or something though. The screen cracked if it got to close to magnets or something.

I just got a free ipod mini. Its actually my second one! I helped someone set up an 8gb nano they got as a gift and this was payment.

No, if I was, I wouldn't be asking. I am not really bothering with it, but I'm free to speak my mind, and that's important as a member of a community I've put a lot of time into.
The Ipod mini can be converted over to solid state using a standard compact flash. Inside is a regular CF microdrive!

I've been admin/mod at some forums at times (nothing as big as wiiloaded). Still, read my rant in the other forum, as to why I believe he should be banned. Yes, he contributes, but such behavior is not needed vs contribution, there are plenty of other people who contribute, discuss the topics, go off topic, but act within the rules. One temp ban, I can understand. But two bans in two weeks is a troll/troublemaker, and not worth the contributions.
Teenagers do stupid things is NOT an acceptable explanation for this. That's primarily what is wrong with today's youth, in many modern countries. This is why so many youth today simply don't give a damn today, and go off and smoke pot. This is why the failing levels in the EU/US grow year, after year. It's this new way of "Kids will be kids" or "teenagers will be teenagers" mentality that creates this bull. A kid/teen does something bad these days, and the parent says "oh, well, he's just being (insert age). Letting someone free flow like this because of age is absolute bull. I'm willing to see the kid get another chance, but it MUST be on probation like terms. Everyone is entitled to a second chance, IMO, at doing what they need to do.
My point is that things cannot just be regarded as "OK". It's unfair to the contributing members of the community, who post relevant information. My post to you was because I don't think I should be quiet. If I have an opinion on the matter, whether it's good or bad, I'm entitled to give it to the admins/mods, and I should, as that shows them the feeling of someone in the community, especially myself, who has been around for a considerable while now. All I'm saying is he should get another shot, but if ANY crap comes up, he needs to go.

I'm not sure what you mean by that, or what exactly it was I said to you? I'd like clarification on that. I treat others well in this forum, and most would agree. It's perfectly normal to dislike a troublemaker, and you're making way to much of an issue out of his defense. Now, I have nothing against you here, so I will treat you nicely. If you interpret my way of treating people as rude, than you can do so to me, if that's what you feel. I simply stated my feeling, and I SAID people should be FORGIVEN. But you probably only looked at "It's not OK".
As D4rkDrag0n said, he has been putting up crap, and his next will be a permanent ban. To me, that's a great admin, responded to my question, as well as gives him a 3 strikes you're out rule. As he mentioned the "I'll get more bans here than Wiichat", well, that just shows you what he's up and about. That's completely juvenile, so that's pretty hard to defend.
