If you like RPG's i would go with Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is also a good one
Mega Man X and Mega Man Powered Up are pretty sweet
Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max never gets old
The GTA games should keep you busy for a while
If you like mini games WTF: Work Time Fun is another one i recommend
The Socom games are also surprisingly good on the PSP...thats pretty much all i can think of at the moment...
