Take-2's E3 Line up has introduced a game called Civilization Revolution, a game slated for the DS and the Wii. Its a turn based strategy game that doesn't have a release date yet.
Something interesting came up in the blurb. Nintendodic reports that
Voice chat is also mentioned in Take-Two’s blurb, and, although feasible, we’re not sure whether the Nintendo Wii and its portable cousin will take make use of this feature or not. What is clear as we look forward to the title’s release in spring 2008
Has Take-Two unveiled something that Nintendo wanted to keep quiet until 2008? Or is this merely a misunderstanding?

Well, that might have only been referring to voice chat on the DS version.
But still interesting to ponder over, if Nintendo has voice chat up their sleeves they have 3 upcoming expos to reveal it during.

It would rock if there's voice chat for Wii. 
if they make a voice chat that would be amazing but i could deal with a pm system
We don't have any voice chat games over here PC wise so I've never had the chance to try them except for on some LAN games. Would really like to give this game a try, especially if it does have voice chat.
If they have voice chat for Pokemon, they can have it for this game on the DS and Wii if they wanted.
