I expected that we would see
Brawl this year and expected Super Mario Galaxy in early 2008. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. In fact, we'll be getting Galaxy before Brawl on November 12th this year.
Reggie called Super Mario Galaxy "the first worthy successor to Super Mario 64". I'm sure that if video games had feelings, Super Mario Sunshine would've been devastated.

Anyway, I will only agree with Reggie once I've tested it out. There is a chance the game could blow (ie. if its as easy as Sunshine) but hey, anything could happen.
Reggie talks everything up so its nothing new to hear him say this sort of stuff.

SMG will be awesome, but I can not say that SMS wasn't awesome as well. Visually is was a great game. The contols weren't clunky or clumsy. It was one of the better GNC games of its time.

with the Wii its no myth. as for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. hence POKEMON. ppl are too embrassed to admit they play the game, let alone pre-order it ahead of time.
