There is a new trading card set that features the characters, weapons, and items of Loz:tp that is only 2 dollars a pack and are sold at most major retailers that offer cards. I pick mine up at target
every pack contains 1 tattoo card, 1 sweepstakes card(the prize is a wii or zelda t-shirt) 3 regular trading cards, and 1 foil or super rare golden card. I like them alot, especially since they're only $2. Tell me what you think about them.
All I will say is. Fail.
i like them, but i don't see how they will make the next sesson of cards. they already made all the characters, weapons, and items in TP leaving what? Nothing except remaking them diffrently.
I have played card games in the past and they were kinda fun but this just sounds boring thus being a $2 Pack.
you know...I'd probly pick them up just to have them. but I don't know how much I would actually like them. I'll let you know when I head to target.
I'll probably pick up a few for the sake of collecting them. Kind of like the Nintendogs cards :p

no dups of the foil cards yet, which makes me happy...
I've got Zelda in foil, Link's back in foil, and ganondorf as an enemies card...no Midna or card devoted to Link yet...

They make cards out anythink these days. I bet if someone sold different coloured turd cards people would still buy them.
What do the cards have on them. Whats the layout like?
when I get my scanner working, I can upload some images.
You get mostly character cards.
One enemy and one main (helpful) character come in each deck, and it's just the character/creature standing/hovering stationary over a cool background, and the name underneath. Same with the item card, it's just the item hovering over a background. On the back of all of these is a description of the person/creature/item and what it does, where you meet/get them, etc.
These cards are vertical in nature, but the foil cards are horizontal in nature...
The Foil card differs, but it seems to always be a scene from the game's CGs. They're pretty awesome, actually. I got a few that didn't look so great, but I let that slide with the ones that look great. On the back, the card gives a hint/tip about that part of the game.
Then you get a card-sized page of tattoos, ive had a few of those, and they're pretty cool...
And you get a card with Midna on it, with the typical "sorry, you didn't win. try again" message.
Oh, and I like the foil packaging they're wrapped in, too :3

ugh. the ball and chain is just as bad as the hylian shield -_- there are way too many in my posession atm.
I still haven't found any... Probably on account that I haven't gone to Target in ages.
got to school on Thurs...went to the Target in this area, and no cards. i'm uberly disappointed
good news though - I got one of those golden cards! it's Midna, in her true form. i squealed like a little girl when i saw it.
