Be honest, well it isn't that over, but there just showing off games, so conference wise, who do you think won? Don't be biased, or Fanboy'd.
Nintendo all the way. Showing titles such as brawl, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Galaxy, and Metroid, Nintendo took the spotlight and kept it on them for the entire show in my opinion.
ive heard that sony isnt doing that great
(why is this in OT?)
It's in OT because people can get off-topic and it could start a flamefest. Also since it caters to all 3 consoles, there isn't just ONE place you can put it besides OT AND we don't want people spamming their opinion now do we?

Personally it's very close between N and MS but I have to give it to MS, with all of their exclusives and partnering with Disney.
^^^but yet you didnt vote for MS

Nintendo in a walk... easy, peazy, japaneezy

Lol, you beat me to it xD
QFT at second statement, and well thought out Ignorance is bliss

Nintendo's was very disapointing. I was happy to get the Brawl and Galaxy dates, but we didn't get much more. Mario Kart was cool but I expected to hear about it sooner or later. They had so much momentum going into it and this is what we got. Everything else bored me. The zapper is overpriced and won't make playing what few games support it that much better. The wheel will be awkward to use and forced on us packed in with Mario Kart. As long as it doesn't increase the price, I'll be happy. I also won't be buying Wii Fit any time soon.

Microsoft however has generated enough hype for the 360 brand and they're on their way up. Sony on the other hand was able to clean up the mess that started at E3 last year and finally put an end to that snowball effect. So they also, are heading towards bigger and better things.

So I don't really know which of the two did better but I know for sure that Nintendo didn't win or come out ahead.
I'm not a voter type of guy, I detest polls really.

On an on-topic note, I really feel that not only was Sony boring, but they're really tossing around their customers with this price drop and new SKU. I seriously wonder what blunder they'll pull next.

20 bucks for the zapper and a game isnt too much to me

guess we were watching different E3s then because to me it was easily nintendos win: three exclusive tentpole franchises within 4 months of each other THIS YEAR...each of which will sell over 2 million copies easily...game over

Microsoft barely had ANYTHING (disappointing, I know), Sony only had the new PSP, but Nintendo had that whole Wii Fit thing. It's almost like Nintendo had a new system and the other two guys just talked about Halo 3 and Final Fantasy.

EDIT: I left WL for a second, then realised how stupid the above, which I had just posted, sounded like. Sony actually had a new system. I'll leave this here so you guys can laugh at me.
Both the steering wheel and zapper look crap. I am hoping they release copies of the games that aren't packaged with them because I have a suspicion that Nintendo will up the price slightly when it comes in a package.

Wii Fit looks interesting but I won't be buying it as soon as it launches.

Releasing a US date for SSBB, whoop-dee-f*****-doo. We all knew it was coming in 2007 as they have been telling us for months it was. A worldwide date would have been nice but wait, Nintendo is too busy with its American love.

SMG is looking good but I won't judge that until I play it, because I judged Sunshine as awesome before I played it... then I tried it out and my hopes were way off.

The main positive from Nintendo is Metroid Prime 3 is looking on track to be the Wii's best game of 2007. And Mario Kart Wii will be awesomesauce.
Nintendo surely didnt win E3 07, but that's okay cause they didnt try. they were in and out.

On that note its a tie between Sony and Microsoft, leaning more to Sony. Microsoft gave on things were already knew were coming, while Sony gave more new stuff. They had some good exculsive titles, and they are starting to make up for their cockiness. I give it to Sony.
Sony didn't win.
its all opinion. Sony is starting to make their comeback and Nintendo's hardcore may soon turn to the PS3, for what they are missing.
FELX, would you mind telling me their good exclusives?
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction
Heavenly Sword
Killzone 2
Gran Turismo 5
Warhawk
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
Unreal Tournament 3
Which one of those are new and something we haven't heard of?
I think its between Microsoft and Nintendo, Sony's was plain out boring.
IMO

Sony came in 3rd. This is judging on a non partisan standpoint. OK they did have a chunk of games to show. However, many titles they did show will also be appearing on the 360. I think for one thing that Gran Turismo HD is not a game to really boast about...Don't get me wrong the GT series is awesome, BUT the game's replay value always bottoms out. It's fun to play all the time if you live for cars, but other than that meh...it's really nothing special. MGS 4 looks pretty cool too, but the series has never really captivated me, likely because I live under a rock and spend most of my time working. Also I'm sure in time MGS 4 will find its way to the 360 eventually much like GTA3 did. Ratchet and Clank isn't bad, but personally I'm looking forward to getting my hands on Zack and Wiki over R&C.

All in all when it comes to who won I would rank Nintendo 1st, MS 2nd, and Sony 3rd. Everything Sony showed us catered only to the veteran gaming market, which is fine and all but Nintendo has brought the casual market onto the scene now. For example, when Shiggy dropped Wii Fit at the Spotlight, my sister got amped up for it. Mainly because she is a nursing major and was ecstatic that she'll be able to exercise and check her BMI now on Wii. Ninty's conference also showed off games that cater to every angle of the market. With Mario Kart, SMG, MP3, and Brawl they were able to cover stuff that appeals to the hardcore gamers as well as able to show off things to attract the casual market into other things like MK.

The only other company that came close to appealing to everyone was MS. Although I think it's lame, bringing SceneIt into XBL is at least a step they took to try and attract more of the overall new market to their console, as well as offering the Disney movie line to their marketplace.

Like I stated earlier, Sony may have showed off more games, but they only cater to one audience, and now the way the gears are moving they're asking to stay in 3rd place because they're not doing anything that screams to the casual market that their product is actually worth it's cost. Although people can say that BluRay makes it worth it's pricepoint, in factuality most people don't care for that because they already own enormous DVD collections and don't want to waste more money on upgrading their library to a prettier format.

That's why I believe Nintendo won. They were at least able to show off something everyone wants as opposed to the other two thinking they managed to attract everyone with their products.

I do agree with LM-X, they do need to optimize their Zapper and Stering wheel designs.
its all opinion so stop attacking me
