I think he just listed some Nintendo villains. But I like Ganon the best because his head looks like a fish, and he's got a big nose. It's really fun to make fun of him.

Definitely Kefka from FF3 (American version). The fact that he actually looks like a Jester is pretty funny, but he overall is just the most awesome character in a game ever, bar none.
The only competition he has is Magus from Chrono Trigger, and he even becomes a good guy after you beat him, pretty awesome anyways. Oh yeah, and the Sinistrals in Lufia 2 should be mentioned, if not just because of the fantastic music during the fights.
