This is the slowest computer in my house. Actually its a laptop.

Would be better if I didn't have to go through the router.

What is Shaw Communications? I have never heard of it before. Atleast I am not the slowest person for downloading but I still hold the record for slowest upload.

Shaw is cable company in Manitoba.

I refuse to do it atm, because my line is acting up and I've only got about 1mb I believe.

I think I'll run the test to see how fucked up it is ^^

about 15% of the 18Mbps I should be getting and the upload's about 30% of what it usually is.

Damn the connection issues preventing me from connecting to be atm T_T

Yes, it's really that slow.

Mine is actually supposed to be 6-8Mbps down, 2 Up, but I can get much higher (as you can see) with no uncapping.
