i don't foresee Sony making much money on the PSP and i can explain it with one example. Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for the PS2. why would people buy Sony's handheld when games just end up ported to the PS2? most people have a PS2 already, so they won't buy the handheld for it. they'll just wait for the transition

O and possibly Silent Hill will be the PSP's last chances though. with everything that's come out on the PSP, including its huge selling point of UMD movie playability, and it still doesn't sell that well, it doesn't have much longer to try to survive

Halo DS. Hmm. I think if anything they should be thinking of Halo Wars DS. As many of you know, Halo Wars is an RTS game from the Halo IP coming to 360. In my personal opinion, a game like that would be a much better fit to port to DS. By 'port' I mean, of course, a scaled down version of the original, probably even a subtitle, something like "Halo Wars: Crystal Chronicles" (har har). But, seriously, Halo Wars DS... FTW.
that would actually fit much better and possibly wouldn't be the joke towards the RTS library as halo is to FPSs. i always thought RTSs would fit really well on the DS. this may be thre breaking ground for Age of Empires DS (a REAL AoE game), Warcraft DS or CnC DS

i saw the vid on IGN (?) of Matts supposed play of the leaked halo DS proto and i have to say it looked great, whether or not it was real doesnt really matter, halo still looked awesome on DS, though i would hope they dont come out with a crap green coloured DS if it does get released lol

It does exist. Its on IGN. I watched it. Now I wish it was actually going ahead.
I still say it's a modified Goldeneye engine. Look at how close it is to Goldeneye: Rouge Agent.
