In a move that will hopefully erase the memories of Wii Play Table Tennis from my mind, Rockstar has announced that they will be bringing
Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis to Wii. The game was previously an Xbox 360 exclusive and was very well recieved. Rockstar is known for creating Grand Theft Auto, Manhunt, and Bully, which is why the announcement of a Table Tennis game from the company was such a shock.
Rockstar has now decided to give us a Wii port of the game. It is under development at Rockstar Leeds (England) in collaboration with Rockstar San Diego. So far it seems that the Wii version will have all the same features as the 360 original along with motion sensitive controls. Perhaps the Wii version could get a couple bonus game modes but we should be happy enough with that fact that the game is even coming.
The Wii version will probably be a little weaker visually, but that's to be expected. Hopefully this will be an example to other multi-platform developers to bring less visually stunning ports of games to Wii. I'm sure we'd all prefer a toned down Resident Evil 5 to Umbrella Chronicles any day.

Its made by Rockstar, so its good.
This game is addictive on the 360. So I imagine it'll be the same on the Wii.

If it's online, I'll get it when it's less than $50.
