Ubisoft has given the first details and screens on CSI: Hard Evidence for Wii, PC and 360. No sign of a PS3 version though...

Rather than trying to pretend that both versions are the same Ubi has gone straight for the unique selling point of each console. "Players will be able to use the Wii Remote to navigate through a crime scene, or experience cinematic-style graphics on the Xbox 360," says the publisher, which pretty much sums it up in our eyes.

The game's being developed by Telltale Games and fans of the show will be able to join Gil Grissom, Catherine Willows and the rest of the Las Vegas cast to help solve crimes "using realistic techniques and equipment".

This is the type of third-party game which Wii needs to see much more of. An action game, which goes without saying, but also a game which uses the Wii Remote in the described way. Players would be able to go through evidence at scenes, and point at interesting things with the IR sensor.
Hopefully, Ubisoft will stick to its promise and only provide top drawer games for Wii from now on. They should, after the "mistakes" they admitted to at launch time.
