I'd personally recommend some energizer 2500MAh AA's.... saves money. I picked up 4 and a charger for 15 bucks... and they last longer than the stand ones too....
As ciper said, I stopped using the gloves because of the battery issue. The gloves were nice to help with sweaty palm grip.
It's just annoying to have to stop during a party to go get batteries. I entertain pretty often and there are usually 2 or 4 people playing the Wii non-stop during that time (depending on the game) as they are swapping out throughout the night.
1. External HDD attachment. Something about the size of the original iPod shuffle (like 3 sticks of gum). Simply plug it into one of the usb ports. Different sizes for different prices (4GB, 6Gb, 8GB, 10GB...) Nuff said.
2. Voice over IP (VOIP) would be very, VERY cool. They have GOT to have something set up before SSBB.
3. It may seem weird, but I'd like to see a wireless Wii-color schemed (aka: white) gamecube controller for backwards compatibility. I have a regular, wired controller, but a matching white one (wireless, no less) would be cool.
4. A keyboard for internet surfing would be awesome.

I don't care too much. Side-scrolling Mario is for the win.
If the Wii had more impressive graphics, then it would have cost more. And that would suck.
Consoles cost too much as it is.
I would SOOO buy a hand-drawn sidescroller....
Eh, like LM-X said, just wait for devs to start using the power they have been given. It's just making them lazy IMO... The graphics only suck on the wii so far because we still buy them.....and blame the hardware.

Well to reply to your argument here, I'd have to say that the Wii is under using its graphics potential, ive seen it in wii sports and on mario strikers, all the other games have terrible graphics(that ive seen) I would not like to revisit the N64 graphics anytime soon....cmon. gamecube looked more impressive sometimes. graphics is a part of making a game look cool now a days, we don't want N64 graphics for a high class game...did you notice that every good game that has came out for the has been good graphics...all the sucky third party games are really bad (i think).
and lastly the console wouldn't cost more, all we are asking is for nintendo to use the graphics capacity it already has or at least most of it.
I don't care for anything spectacular, just something to be like, wow this is pretty cool.
fix'd
The two games you listed were first party titles.... the 3rd parties should get their act together. Once the big three hit, they will have no excuse.
Referencing the GC, it was capcom that showed the world what it could actually do....and it was a ps2 port. HA!
Edit: fine, it wasn't...
