Hi, it's 11.30 AM GMT and I decided to take the new server for a whirl.
I've noticed that it's very, very sluggish still. It's not exactly timing out, like the old one did, but it's much slower in general (so far, I'm not judging yet)
Also, there's not many people online, that's the thing.

My speed on the new server is random. Sometimes it'll be fast, other times it'll be mega slow.
Yeah same as LM-X, random, but when it's slow, it's slow
dial-up...can't really tell... I got a 5GB cache....it's pretty fast for me...
did the site just die for a few minutes? it said Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at
http://www.wiiloaded.com.
The site is slow with me also....I'm using IE7, and tried it with firefox and it's still slow.
I should note that I had 1 brief moment of speed, but then it was gone.
I haven't hit slowdown yet, but it is taking forever for the last little bit to load (2 items remaining, some google ad thing is one of them).

the 2 items thing happened to me on the old server. I'm finding that I'll click to post something and it will quickly say done, and then it goes through and does it again slowly.

The site is running awesome for me..right now at least.
The site has been running fast for me..
ATM everything's running off a single IP addy. we have three spare, so in an off-peak time I'll try and assign them to the nameservers and auxiliary services.
anyone got any pointers on that? I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to DNS configuration..
Our alternate nameserver, ns2.wiiloaded.com is pointed to a different IP.
BTW, I've been getting httpd failed messages from the server all morning (but I'm not sure if it's from the old or new server).

Its also been really slow for me.
A few times the pages wouldn't even load for me. Hopefully this will all be sorted soon.
The new server sometimes wont allow a connection. Once I had to wait 45 seconds before it was responding again.
During that time I can post an surf to the old one without any problems.
BTW the old server was 18ms away from me and the new one is 90ms
Wish you hadn't moved it all the freakin way to the opposite side of the country.
In all fairness, it wasn't our decision. Our host had to change datacenters.
