I liked it, but it was very overhyped in my opinion which got my hopes up and it didn't live up to them. I would've given it something like 3/5 and don't think I'll be getting the DVD.

I won't be forking out cash for this movie. I will be buying the special edition of Sin City though.
Hot Fuzz is awesome, even funnier than the legendary Shaun of the Dead.

I got 300. I saw it in theaters and loved it.

meh...i wasnt all too thrilled by 300. i mean, it was meant for the action and it was good at portraying that, and I liked it, but...it really didnt keep my interest at all. To me, it was way too overhyped. A movie like this is worth seeing once, but honestly, I can't find much of a re-watch value to it.
Movies i'd rather spend money on buying: Hot Fuzz (ever notice how a good 80% of the movie is the same from Shaun of the Dead? like...same bar, same jump-over-the-fence move, etc... ^^), Transformers, Hairspray (come on...John Travolta...as a woman. how much more awesome do you need? plus i grew up with drama geeks as friends, so they kinda grew on me). I'll rent a few others, but those are the three definites i'd buy from this year that i don't already have. I also pick up about 3-4 classic movies every year, so I'll have to see which ones from there I want this year.

I'll be picking it up. I really enjoyed the movie but I went into it without knowing much about it (hypeless) maybe that's why. I really love how they did the action, it looks really nice. Not the normal too close to the camera and so fast you're not even sure what happened.

I don't buy movies anymore, I realized that after I watch a movie once.. I'm never going to watch it again.
This is of course excluding the Disney classics.
Fox and the Hound is just so awesome.
I wasn't impressed by 300. I need story.
I'm going to give Hot Fuzz a rent.
