Nah I'm kidding ;D I did the sig with no text for a member, quickly rushed some text and he was happy with it like that, so I just left it that way
And Vectoring. The main way of doing it is with the pen tool
For example, I'd get the actual photo that I made the vector of, put a layer on top of it, and then choose the base that I want to start with e.g the face. Then I'd click on the Brush tool make it 1 pixel thick, and then choose a colour from the face using the Eyedropper tool. Then, pick up the pen tool, go around the outline of the face, right click >>> stroke path >>> then click okay = voila. Fill that with the face colour, make a new layer and do the same with each shade on the face and other qualities (such as the hat and eyes). Isn't as tricky as it looks/sounds til you try it out, give it a go
