Nice. I still have the ORIGINAL straps on my 'motes. No problems.

Hmm... I wonder if I should get them replaced, anyway.
I'll go for them if they're free.
I, most of the time, don't wear my straps now because I know not to let go of it in mid swing in golf or bowling or whatever...
I do ask my friends however to put it on.
I think that you have to be retarded if you would let go of the remote....(but thats just me)
i had no idea there were any revisions at all lol, man we dont hear alot over here in NZ, my origional ones are fine, starting to fray a bit though
I still have the original strap and I've never had problems with it. The only problems I had was when playing Wii Sports, the Tennis game, I kinda hit many objects around me.. but nothing that would broke the Wiimote >_<
im diggin that new strap version, i think nintendo should have them able to get free online like they did with the thicker versions.Ignorance is bliss
They probably won't because the last strap revision was because of a safety issue. This is just a stylistic thing.
i bet nintendo wil even make another rivision to this one
How else could they possibly change it again?
After 3 mods I don't think they could improve anymore...
unless they start having the straps in different colors.
Pretty cool lookin', But I don't use em anyway (Yea I'm a tough guy like that)
I think there are too many strap revisions. They are cool, but the majority don't actually need them. I am still using my original ones.
At the Wii website there is still a link offering to replace the wrist straps but it's the same as before. They're only offering to replace the straps for people who've purchased systems before the second version of the strap was released. So that means that these new straps won't be given out for free.
@last poster on first page: Why would you do that?  They still work, they're just older "models" of the Wii Remote.  Anyway, it's a good idea, but I'll stick with my 2nd generation wrist straps from February.

Depending on everyone's settings, the last poster on the first page could be different depending on who you ask. It'd be easier to just quote them.

So any word on how you can get these new revised straps?
