Yes, I would be able to, But it will lower the quality of the sig.
And what picture/render of Cloud do you want in your sig ?

Patience is a virtue.
He'll do this at his own pace, with school, work and extra ciricular activities, one might have little to no time for free labour and making sigs. xD
Just post again if you think he forgot your request.
Like say.. 3 weeks with no response.
ok then thx i know about the school that's the main reason i always say something like, do it at ur own pace or no pressure ,not trying to be pushy if u forgot .... stuff like that
