the surgical syringes manage to kill joe the dog, but when jow was born a wizard cast a spell on him ao that he would come back as zombie joe! later that day zombie jow decided to stick his had in a blender to see what spinning metal pain tastes like.
But the electricity cuts out.
He goes out to the breaker and tries to fix it. He grabs a frayed wire.....

joe goes down the street and sees the mass murderer of Wiiloaded street.
As he's about to be killed LZ slips on blood... she knocks over Kindrik who chainsaws snare's head off... Uh..joe's head happens to fall in the guillotine and.uh.....
There's no one there to release the blade, so he slowly gets up walks a little more down the street when he spots a naked Cloud who wants some action. Now.
his long lost friend, moe, took the "action" from cloud and lets joe escape. later that day joe meets up with moe at joe's house but not for long because 20 secret agents walk in and take joe and moe captive
Joe was actually in the kitchen at the time grilling some cocktail weenies, when he walked in to the living room and saw the secret agents, he tripped up and searing hot weenies hit the secret agents killing all of them.
Joe then eats a weenie (he's allergic to weenies)
after joe the zombie dog ate the weenies he turned into a human zombie, right after that leon burst thru the window and shot him
Luckily he was an agent and dodged the bullet. Leon freaks out and detonates the nuke
but it's the first case where AIDS went back to HIV
joe still has HIV...
His girlfriend dumps him because of it.
How is that life threatening?
Uh.... his mother is angry...she goes to shoot his ex gf.... he finds out about the plan and jumps in front of the bullet....
before the bullet can hit joe, he stops time and reverses it with the sands of time. he reverses time back to when he first wakes up (not in his own bed) in search of the person who gave him aids. his butt hurts which gives him a clue. a letter gets shoved under the door telling him he has 48 hours to live or the aids will kill him. he didnt get the letter before because he ran back home as soon as he woke up
He remembers that he can stop time so the 48 hours mean nothing to him.

He goes to the lab, and in 47 hours makes an aids antidote. It turns out that after he drinks it, he finds out that it is highly unstable and any sudden movements will make him explode.....
yes.
joe realizes that he will not stop, unlike time. his life would go on and his family/ girlfriend would stay the same. he has no choice but to continue time and stop the person who gave him aids. once he kills him, his aids will dissapear. 36 hrs remaining
