I'm looking for a font called 'Old English Text MT'. It's for a project that I'm doing. Can anyone help me find it? If possible, could it be found for free?

Thanks in advance
It comes with Office 97 I believe.

Look for a free alternative.

Or try searching the name on http://www.dafont.com or http://www.1001freefonts.com might be in either of them. Smile
naw it's a monotype font (according to the MT) so the only way he'll get it free is by buying office 97
Damn you and your font knowledge Sad
I have over 55,000

you need to know this stuff as a web designer ^^
btw guys, if you've got more than 600 fonts, you might wanna get this so that your OS doesn't take 30 mins to boot ^^

it's like suitcase and itunes mixed together, and best of all it's free ^^
Ooooh thanks Smile really make a difference? Downloading now =D
Well I had like 3,000 fonts in the windows font directory and I could hardly do anything, so I moved them all over to font explorer, and the deleted most of them out of my windows folder,

the only difference is you have to decide what fonts to use before you open photoshop, cause they need to be loaded..

Aaaah I see. Does it have previews? 'cause I could live with choosing which ones I want to load as long as I know exactly what they are..

yep, you can use test text or just see an alphabet Smile
Wow.

haha,

If you do ever get as many fonts as me, be sure to organise them into sets on fontexplorer. My computer freezes for like a minute if I try to access my whole library at once XD

So I've got a set for all of the major families Smile

Uh..could you say what this project involves? lol

I'm sure theres a rip off somewhere on dafonts or 1001fonts.....
dang. I really don't wanna have to pay for the font...

can someone explain the whole Monotype thing? What does that have to do with it being a pay font?

Monotype is a company that make fonts, they generally cost $20 each, but some are up to $1000 for just one family
