I found an aura orb which prevents me from spamming/ insanity. I found it in a treasure chest after beating the Dragon

As appreciation, I give you the Good Waiter Earring. It gives +3 to luck and -5 to insanity. By the way, you will have more protection against the spam-berseikers :lol:
