is there a wii mic coming out

i just posted something similar to this in boogie.....

The only microphone that we know of at the moment is the one made for Boogie and another game which I can't remember. They both use similar microphones that plug into the USB and they are wired.

If your talking about a Wii microphone to talk via online then there is nothing we currently know about. But im sure we will see one in the future.

Third Party?

I don't think there will be any voice transmission during online games because Nintendo likes to keep things clean and they definitely do not want 12 year olds screaming "F_ck you" when losing severely in mario strikers..

Well thats why there is friend codes my friend. Hopefully Nintendo will eventually allow you to speak with your friends online.

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl have already done it. So its not like they will never do it again.

Yeah but limiting stuff just makes it worse. Atleast make it an option like a parental control maybe. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a headset for the Wii. I really wish there was an online friends list more like XBLs though if they only made it possible to chat with friends over mic.

But then you would be living in dream land. Remember Nintendo are protective. They wouldn't allow strangers talk to younger users. So if they decide to implement voice chat on Wii it will be strictly friend codes. Unless Nintendo suddenly have a change of thought thats how its going to be.

DS games feature voice chat ability, so I assume eventually there'll be similar features for the Nintendo Wii.

And the reason why I think that it would be lame, is because if you don't want to listen to people cussing online.... then don't buy a headset

Perhaps in the future there may be one. I've not heard of anything yet.
