So your saying that Microsoft released a new SKU before actually releasing the new Falcon 65nm SKU?
Does that seem kind of odd if they're suppose to release a new system with smaller/cooler processor and gpu at the end of fall? Don't you think the average consumer may be mislead into believing they're getting the falcon chipset now, because it's rather peculiar to release a SKU and then another one a month or two later...

does the average consumer even know about the falkon chip? is it advertised on retail boxes of these 360's? if so, then yeah, it's misleading. if not, who cares? they added larger heatsinks to the original chipset. if that wasnt enough, you have a 3-year warranty against the RRoD. rather than get all pissy because you have to send in your busted game console, you should be happy. especially ninty fanboys. every time you have to send it in, MS has to foot the $100+ service charge. isnt that every fanboys' dream? screwing MS?
if anyone is on a gaming message board or even researched a gaming product, they are not the average consumer.
