Soooooo yeah, there is a rumor going around that Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 will hit the Wii.
In fact, various Online Shops list GRAW 2 available for preorder, for example Amazon.com ( click me ).
GRAW2 is also a game on the Wikipedia list of Wii Games ( click here ) and there is a GRAW 2 Wii entry on Gamespot, even though the Release Date is set to "TBA" on Gamespot (click here). You may find it on GameFAQs.com, too (click here).
Another somehow proof is that the Developer in this Video here says "Resident Evel UC will be one of the first games to use it. Along with Ghost Recon and SEGA is working on a title aswel." So maybe he just messed with the titles since Ghost Squad sounds similar, but since he said "and SEGA is working on a title aswell" he kind of listed Ghost Squad, too.

On most online shops the Release date is set to the 19th of September. So in really near Future.

Personally, I doubt it's true, but still I'd be surprised and happy if it'd make the Way to the Wii.

Ok, well first off...

Gost Recon 2 is a VERY VERY good graphics game and there is no reason why Ubisoft would want to downsize those graphics for nothing....

Second, never trust just the retailers... Wait for a confirmation from Ubisoft!

You can't even trust ubi themselves... Remember how they put Rainbow Six Vegas on the Wii games list on ubi.com and set the Release date to middle of November 2006? We never knew what happened xD

Wouldn't GRAW make the Wii implode?

Not necessarily... The Graphics of GRAW 2 are basicly the same as from GRAW 1 . GRAW 1 had a Playstation 2 port. So downscaling the graphics should be possible.

No, GRAW 2 is a little more of an upgrade from 1... Better environments and such...

And i never heard about this rainbow 6 thingy for wii...

I recall hearing about Rainbow Six coming out for the wii but nothing every happened, it was like no one even remembered that it was gonna come out. I saw it on a list of upcoming games listed from GameStop I remember cause I went to go see my brother that works there to buy a extra controller.
