The Wii and PS2 will be the recipients of another game starring Sega's mascot blue hedgehog, apparently, as Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity gets set to grace each console. A sequel to the lukewarm racer Sonic Riders from way back when in 2006 (we still can't believe the clothes we wore back then!), reports of the new title come from Playstation magazine PLAY.
Details on the Wii-specific version are non-existent at the moment, but will include the trick system from the first title, as well as a cast of Sonic franchise characters.

Oooh Exciting ¬_¬ is it just me or do sega try too hard? Thoughts?
I never really liked the first game, so I may avoid this one as well. But thanks for the information anyway.
Ono ooooono! Just when SEGA couldn't get any worse....
Meh. Sonic's being going downhill since 1996. Sega should concentrate on some of their other franchises, or develop something new.
And Sonic is already supposed to be fast. Why would he be riding around on a hover board?

good point i think sega went downhill since the dreamcast i wonder if they'll ever make a new console, hell they might go into handhelds again
that's why they need to put Sonic in Brawl, so that Sonic getgs good fame..but then again he's starring with Mario in that Olypics game..

Hmm... putting Sonic in Brawl might steal that Olympic game's only big selling point, but there's probably going to be a few other third party characters in it besides Snake, and now that Nintendo and Sega are such good buddies...
yeah, it might ahppen..I want Simon Belmont in there as well.
Thats not good. They should give up on that...if the first one wasnt any good then why would they bother with a 2nd one.
