Alright guys... I've been taking advantage of working from home, and I haven't cut my hair in a couple of months. Well, classes start on Monday, so I figured I would get a haircut this weekend. I've never had medium length or longer hair, so I figured I would try it, but if it's not working out for me, please tell me and I'll go back to the shorter look. Since I'm now single, I don't have a girl to ask for opinions, so I'll use you guys (who might as well be a group of women
).
Here are some camera phone shots (sorry, digicam wasn't charged) of that *just got out of the shower and towel dried* look. I took a shot with my glasses on as I wear them sometimes and that could affect the decision I suppose. I'm 23, ~5'10", my hair is thick, I have a squared forehead, and I wear collared shirts 95% of the time.

Note that my hair is not "fixed" at all in those pictures (save the old one). I just got out of the shower, tossed on some PJs and towel dried.

Ummm... yeah... this was just for reference on how long my hair is. I need to know how to cut and style it while it grows out. I don't plan on going out with this "out of shower look"

Long is okay without glasses, but if you get a haircut, you should try a Fuax Hawk. Actually... you're kinda skinny for one of those, but it could work.
Depending on your collared shirts you can go for a Caesar cut, that wouldn't look TOO bad. George Clooney did it for years! He also did the Taper... which taper? I don't know, but he had a taper. :p Maybe a Classic taper for you though. <_<
Or you can get the "pretty guy" cut and get it layered.
Really, I dunno which you should get, but one of those would probably look the best. Then again, I am a guy. =\

If you want a long fringe you're gonna need to grow out the sides a little, and your sideburns are a little too neat.
