Why did it take almost a week of requesting the email confirmation in my CP for me to get on this site?

Who is your email provider?
I used hotmail, is that a bad one for your site? It's the one I use for most of my forum registrations. This is the first time that it took me so long to get on any forum. I came on here and there and would hit the "request email" button and put in my email again. Today was the first day that it actually worked ( could see the pop up from msn saying I got email from here).
I just thought I'd let you know I was having problems in case there's a glitch or something.
Hmm. many people have signed up with hotmail. Very odd.
I'll look into it.
