Wasn't sure where this one belongs. Found this article on Gamespot. Apparently, EA has been attempting to make its entries on Wikipedia look a little better. They call it Wiki-washing. But they were caught! *gasp* It's a widely-used practice on Wikipedia, but it hadn't occurred to me that Gaming industries were using it. But it's certainly no suprise that the publisher in question is EA.

silly EA...what WILL they think of next?
Why does this not surprise me?
that's why i dont believe anything thats posted in wiki nor would i use them as a source for articles or info.
Wikipedia is a poor source for pretty much anything.
I take off many points for students using it as a source for homework and research papers.
I can only imagine how many other companies are doing the same thing as wiki. Whats next..
Im in ur wiki editing ur articlez.
