They told me my metroid prime 3 would arrive within 24 hours, but the mail has already come and there is no metroid at my house
I read somewhere that they can refund my shipping cost (which was 10 bucks) if it doesn't ship on time, how do I get that refund?
Go to gamestop.com, find out their customer service number, and call them. That's what I would do. What day did the game officially release? BTW, if they shipped it via FedEx or UPS, it may come as late as 7pm local time. Has happened to me plenty of times.
Hmm ok, I figured it would just come in the USPS and end up in my mailbox. I don't have all of the order tracking number information though, my mom bought it for me and she doesn't live here so I won't be able to give them a tracking number or anything. But If i remember right (i will double check in a minute) it shipped the 27th (yesterday), which means it should get here today which of course it hasn't yet

You should have reserved it, not pre-ordered it (getting it shipped). That's what I did at GameStop and I got my game, with my name on it and all!
Nevermind, my mom accidently shipped it to her house... I told her to just let me do it but she didn't want to give me her credit info over the phone.
