Usually companies like to remain tight lipped about things like this, especially when it has to do with a competeing company. Rare's responded to a question regarding future Virtual Console releases on it's website. "As for VC, it's ultimately Nintendo's decision what gets released. Beyond the (Donkey Kong Country) games we don't have anything in the pipeline at the moment, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in future."
If the currently available Donkey Kong Country is any indication, any Nintendo owned licences Rare worked on (which have only been Donkey Kong games excluding Star Fox Adventures) will see the light of day on the Virtual Console. But games like Perfect Dark, Conker, and Banjo-Kazooie are more likely to be release on the 360's Xbox Live Arcade since they're owned by Rare, and Rare is a subsidiary of Microsoft.
The chances are slim to none but I guess we can always hold out hope in seeing GoldenEye or everyone's favorite foul mouthed Squirrel on our Wiis.

Apart from Goldeneye there isnt that much that I want badly from Rare.

Goldeneye
Banjo
Perfect Dark
Conker
Banjo was such a weird game...
I think it gave me nightmares when i was like 6... XD
GIVE ME MY BATTLETOADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really doubt the Banjo-Kazooie games on the VC since BK3 is coming to the 360. Perfect Dark doesn't have much of a chance either cause there was a sequel on the 360 right? The only one I can really see coming is Goldeneye.
Still, Banjo-Kazooie is mt favorite N64 game and I really want to see it coming to the VC...darn Microsoft buying Rare from Nintendo. I don't know why Nintendo didn't buy Rare outright in the first place! They bought Retro Studios but not Rare? Rare was the only reason the N64 survived as long as it did!
I wouldn't say that its the only reason...
I would say that nitendo didn't buy them because there wasn't much to buy...
They were making tons of money off of them so, why buy them when you can keep your money and have more and more games from them?
Its all in marketing were they end up screwing over the consumer...
True, but Retro > Rare.
Metroid is much better than Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo, and Viva Pinata. Now if only Nintendo had purchased both...
Zomg! *Hopes for Battle Toads*
Rare are trash.
Besides Viva Pinata they haven't shown their worth.
Both PDZ and Conker's remake were terrible.
Hopefully don't ruin BK3.
All I ask is for Perfect Dark and Goldeneye (even though I have them on my N64, it's a pain to hook them up, especially to a TV that only has one set of standard A/V. (The rest are component/HDMI)
I guess my TV is a little better with respect to standard AV eventhough I hate it. 2 standard AV hookups + 1 S-Video hookup. And yet, the 2 standard AVs are forced to share one video channel, and the S-Video gets it's own. So if I have my Wii and DVD player on at the same time the one video channel tries to show both inputs.

I personally think they already have, Just from watching that one teaser they made, I hate how banjo looks now
so the fact that they ruined how the main character looks like, I wouldn't want to play it
He seriously looks like a 40 year old bear that did drugs throughout his life, and now he is an ex druggie.
omg...
They... they ruined Banjo... D:
I know. Banjo is one of those games that they just shouldn't improve graphics on... the simple 3d version of him looks so much better
i would like to have banjo
Banjo D:
Well, at least we'll see at least a few of them... I can't wait to see which ones. I'll take any of them though, I love them all <3
