Haha, I love coverflow for all the wrong reasons.

It's brilliant to scroll through my entire music collection (on iTunes) and watch the memory usage jump from 30MB to nearly 1.5GB. They really need to rework the code for it Toungue
I just think the cover flow is great! My iPod doesn't have issues with it going slow.

My guess this is on a PC? iTunes on the PC only has partial hardware acceleration, it actually runs quite well on Mac OS X.

Well, D4rk has basically filled up his 80gb iPod so that could be it.

I love cover floor because it looks so cool. Kinda like Tab Effect for my Firefox browser. It just looks nice. I would never actually use coverflow to find a CD though because it would probably take forever.

Oui, I'm not a fan of OSX Smile

CoverFlow is nice and smooth on an iPhone with ~6GB of music.
Touch is a rip
The touch may be expensive, but it's really cool.

One of my friends has one, it's really cool to be able to browse the web from your iPod
And you can eve download songs right from the iPod!

Many are not, especially the tech savvy, many of my colleagues do feel that it's too much of a simplified GUI. It is true, I actually like it from it's organized sake, but as a whole, the applications feel generally less stable in OSX, and some window behavior is annoying. That said, Darwin is an excellent kernel.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Darwin is nice, and the Shell is nice and shiney. But, my main gripe with the OS is that nearly no-one supports it (especially when it comes to games). There is so much windows based software available.

Even though I have the iPhone I went to the apple store here (they don't deserved to have a big A) and tried out the touch. It's much slimmer than the iPhone and feels great in your hands. The size is still way too small for me to take it seriously but it's still sexy.
Why no copyright infringement laws?

The Cidco iPhone was released in 1998.....
