This is where I ask for your pity. I woke up friday with a sore throat, then today woke up and my tonsils look like this now:

and now I'm too sick to even play MP3!! grrrrr.....

Tonsolectomies are rarely performed anymore. Mostly now they give anti-inflamatories and anti-biotics to treat it, unless it's chronic, which is usually discovered in children.

So yesterday it got so bad it hurt to breathe and I couldn't swallow anything and I got so dehydrated I had to go to the hospital... my tonsils looked something like this:
anyway, I got there, they checked me out, rehydrated me with an IV and prescribed me penicillin and...dun-duh-dun!... vicodin!
Now I'm doing greeeaaaattttt
